STORE MANAGER f/m

As a Store Manager:

You support, lead and manage your team to deliver the best shopping experience in fashion retail, actively driving sales and maximizing profitability of your store.

Meeting the expectations of customers and colleagues at all times, as well as following H&M procedures and standards, is a given for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase the shopping experience in your store
  • Secure sales targets and company goals being reached
  • Assure the level of direct and indirect customer service according to H&M standards
  • Ensure store operations procedures are followed
  • Secure optimal allocation and high visual levels in all departments of the store
  • Secure all sales campaigns and sales activities in the store according to H&M standards
  • Follow–up, evaluate and give feedback on sales KPIs to the area team 
  • Initiate changes to improve business together with the area team
  • Execute and ensure the recruitment process of store
  • Ensure and execute staff assessment, training & development as well as succession planning 
  • Execute and ensure performance reviews and follow-ups   
  • Set store budgets and goals; facilitate them and do follow-ups
  • Interpret results and trends to facilitate sales and secure resource planning accordingly
  • Improve profit and loss together with the store and area teams
  • Follow-up, evaluate and give feedback on store results to the area team 
  • Ensure employee and customer safety 
  • Handle health & safety, legal and security issues
  • Prevent loss

Your Competencies:
